FAQ – How Jordan Shuttle Works

Jordan Shuttle is the easiest and cheapest way to get from:

  • Aqaba Airport to your hotel in Aqaba or Eilat
  • Amman Airport to your hotel in Amman
  • Aqaba City Center/hotels to Ovda Airport (and new Ramon Airport opening 2019)
  • Aqaba to Eilat
  • Amman to Jerusalem
  • Aqaba to Petra

When do your shuttles operate from Amman Airport?

We have a shuttle departing Amman Airport 45 minutes after the landing of each flight we meet. The shuttle time is coordinated with landing time, so in case of a delay, we’ll wait. On the way to Amman Airport, we collect from the city 4 hours before departure. When you start to book, select your transfer date and you will see the transfer options for this day

When do your shuttles operate from Aqaba Airport?

Our shuttles from Aqaba Airport depart 45 minutes after each landing, coordinated with any delays or flight time changes. We’ll collect from Aqaba hotels 4 hours before departure so you’ll have time to pass all security procedures. When you start to book, select your transfer date and you will see the transfer options for this day

Can I buy a ticket on the bus?

No. All Jordan Shuttle bookings must be made in our website before travel and paid by credit cards. Our drivers and representatives are not able to sell tickets, so pre-booking is required if you would like to travel with us.

Do you drop me and pick me from my hotel in Aqaba or Amman?

Yes, we operate a door to door service which drops you at your hotel. Pickup is not possible from private addresses as vehicle access for our drivers is sometimes problematic, however, in this cities you are never far from the nearest hotel where you should wait just outside the entrance for our driver.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We adjust our schedule for transfers to Amman and Aqaba to accommodate delayed flights for airlines whose schedules we are coordinated with. If the flight is delayed we will delay the shuttle by the difference between scheduled and actual arrival time, or until all booked passengers arrive to the shuttle, whichever is shortest.

Which airlines are your schedules coordinated with?

Our schedules coordinate with flights for Ryanair, Lauda Motion, and Norwegian. If you do not fly with these airlines, you can still use our service, however the timing might not be so convenient and we will not monitor your flight
